The Project on Defense Alternatives (PDA) seeks to advance the adaptation of security policy to the challenges and opportunities of the new era. Toward this end it supports an open, vibrant debate on security policy and offers critical analysis of the basic assumptions, assessments, and objectives that guide defense policy.
